This is my 25th year of offering fun and informative field classes. Yes, it’s time to help me celebrate my Silver Anniversary!
As usual, in an effort to provide a variety of classes that will appeal to people of different interests and abilities, some classes (e.g., Portland Landscapes) are of short duration and require little physical exertion, while others (e.g., Marble Mountains) are multi-day and demand a greater expenditure of energy—in terms of both gasoline as well as muscles.
Over the years, I have taught more than 70 different field classes—a few of them ten or more times—from the Canadian Rockies to Baja California, and from Monterey Bay to Yellowstone National Park. Each year, I offer a sampling of those classes, plus a couple of new ones. This year, there are three new classes—The Joy of Natural Silence, Elkhorn Mountains, and Spring Chinook Day.
So join the fun! I look forward to seeing you this year.
