Annie is selling pottery at the moment, but I think she won't mind if I tell you that her new hive is thriving. Erik and I removed comb for her two weeks ago, and last Tuesday evening, on the eve of the new school year, we pressed the honey from the comb using a cider press. It was an exciting moment for those who could gather to see it. She harvested 15 lbs. of golden sweetness. These few pictures show a bit. I'll add more soon.
